Flow Mo Wellness × Sol with Saga are back together for Dance Pill Workshop: Winter Edition. Two sessions, great music, feel-good movement, and a room full of women ready to move, laugh, connect, and forget about their to-do lists for a while.
Our theme? Present in your body. Free in your movement. Because December can be hectic, and sometimes the best thing you can do is put your phone away, turn the music up, and make time for yourself.
